“You already own nearly all major assets.”
“Then I want the marriage ended as cleanly as possible.”
“Okay.”
“I want him nowhere near the company.”
“Already done.”
“I want every dollar he diverted traced.”
“Underway.”
“I want Eleanor out of the condo.”
Sarah paused.
“The condo?”
“The one I bought for her.”
Caroline’s eyes widened.
“You bought her condo?”
“Through the trust.”
Sarah nodded.
“The occupancy agreement allows termination if she commits intentional harm against a trust beneficiary.”
I touched my cheek.
“Does this count?”
Sarah smiled.
“Yes.”
“Terminate it.”
Caroline laughed.
For the first time in days, so did I.
