For a few powerful minutes over New York Harbor, the skyline seemed to bring back something long gone. Thousands of lights rose into the night, slowly forming the familiar outline of the Twin Towers.
This was not just a visual display. There were exactly 2,977 lights, each representing a person who lost their life in the September 11, 2001 attacks.
